Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid / Field-based)

Job Type: Commission-Based, 1099 Contractor

Experience Level: Entry-level to Experienced

About AptAmigo

AptAmigo is redefining the apartment hunting experience. We take a stressful, chaotic process and turn it into a personalized, VIP, and—dare we say—fun experience for renters. By combining cutting-edge proprietary technology with a collaborative human touch, we provide a "done-for-you" concierge service to clients at absolutely no cost to them.

Unlike traditional real estate brokerages where you have to handle every piece of the sales cycle alone, AptAmigo handles the heavy lifting. We provide the training, support, software, robust building portfolio, and a dedicated operations team so you can focus entirely on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.

Job Summary

As an Apartment Locator in our Denver market, you will act as a trusted advisor and localized expert for renters looking for their next home. You will manage the client relationship from the initial introduction to the final lease signing.

You will curate property lists, coordinate touring days, and show the coolest buildings around town to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for warm leads. Conduct thorough phone consultations to understand a client's budget, lifestyle, desired amenities, and neighborhood preferences.

  • Curate & Personalize: Utilize AptAmigo’s proprietary CRM and database to match clients with buildings that fit their criteria. Build tailored digital apartment lists and pitch options to clients based on real-time market concessions and "inside info."

  • Coordinate the Experience: Narrow down top choices with the client and collaborate with our internal Denver scheduling team to book a seamless day of property tours.

  • Guide and Close: Stay in constant communication with the client during their decision-making process. Answer questions regarding pricing, specials, and applications, guiding them through the pipeline until they sign a lease.

What We Look For (Requirements)
  • Real Estate License: No real estate license is required.

  • Sales Grit & Motivation: Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an uncapped commission role where your income is directly tied to your work ethic.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong phone presence and a natural ability to build trust quickly with people from all walks of life (especially out-of-state re-location).

  • Adaptability & Organization: The Denver rental market moves fast. You must be comfortable managing 20-30 active clients at a time and pivoting when inventory changes.

  • Financial Readiness: Commission cycles in rental real estate typically pay out 30 to 90 days after a lease is signed. Candidates should have a financial cushion to support themselves during their ramp-up period.

Why Join AptAmigo Denver?
  • Zero Cold Calling: We teach you how to get warm leads through social media posts.

  • Operational Support: Our dedicated operations, and marketing teams take scheduling, invoicing, and basic admin tasks off your plate so you can focus purely on sales.

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Top producers routinely make six figures. We offer a competitive commission split with no desk fees.

  • Fast-Paced Training: Unlike traditional residential buying/selling where a first deal can take 6 months, our agents frequently close their first deals within their first week.

  • Culture & Growth: A collaborative, uplifting, and "scrappy" team environment and celebrate each other's wins. Master the fast-paced Denver rental market while building the network, skills, and capital necessary to transition into a full Real Estate Broker.
