Radiologic Technologist Position Summary 

Performs radiographic procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and students as assigned. The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required.

Radiologic Technologist Position Requirements

Education

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R).
  • Working in Maryland: Must maintain Maryland State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Maryland and must follow all regulations as per those regulations.
  • Working in Delaware: Must maintain Delaware State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Delaware and must follow all regulations per those regulations.
  • BLS certification required

Experience

  • Entry level.
