Job description
Participants will complete a phased training program that includes classroom learning, supervised clinical practice, and competency-based patient care experience.
Program Responsibilities:
Participants are expected to:
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and clinical assignments
- Actively engage in learning and skill development activities
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols
- Successfully complete all required competencies and evaluations
- Comply with all organizational policies and patient care standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Commitment to full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Ability to meet physical and clinical demands of a dental setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to travel to multiple sites in surrounding towns if needed.
Certifications & Credentials:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
- Radiology Certification (per applicable state regulations)
- On-the-Job Trained Dental Assistant License (as applicable)
- Certificate of Completion from the Dental Assistant Training Program
