Key Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for braces (self-ligating & traditional) and aligners, including placing braces, attachments, and rubber bands
Providing post-operative instructions and patient education
Taking digital radiographs and assisting with digital workflows (including 3D printing for aligners/retainers)
Answering phones, scheduling new patient appointments, and facilitating completion of digital patient documents
Performing orthodontic assistant duties, treatment coordination, and infection control procedures
Maintaining sterilization and office cleanliness
Communicating effectively with patients and families about treatment plans and progress
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, infection control standards, and safety protocols
Assisting with office tasks such as sterilization, office cleaning, and lab work

Salary Range

Full-time $21 - $28 per hour
