Job Overview
 
This role supports the design and development of structures, machinery, and mechanical systems within a collaborative engineering environment. Working alongside experienced team members, the position focuses on building foundational technical skills through the application of core engineering principles, analysis, and hands-on project support.
Responsibilities include contributing to project deliverables, supporting documentation and calculations, and communicating progress effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. Success in this role requires curiosity, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
 
Essential Resonsibilities
  • Apply engineering and physics principles to solve complex, real-world challenges
  • Support the design and development of structures, machinery, and mechanical systems in alignment with project requirements and applicable standards
  • Perform analysis and validation through calculations, simulations, and engineering tools, and clearly communicate results
  • Learn and apply established engineering solutions, methods, and internal best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
  • Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support successful project execution
  • Contribute within a design and manufacturing environment, supporting overall team deliverables
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and theory
  • Exposure to topics such as:
    • Machine design
    • Stress and fatigue analysis
    • Material science
    • Dynamics and power transmission
  • Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA software such as ANSYS or equivalent)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to support project deadlines as needed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
