Seeking 2 second shift employees (one experienced, one entry to intermediate) level, 1 first shift position only. Must indicate what shift you are willing to work.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations.
  • Perform receiving, First Article, In-Process and Final Dimensional inspections.
  • Operate various inspection machines and instruments.
  • Ability to read and understand print tolerances.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Should have experience with hardness testing machines and inspection tools.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Be able to interpret specification ASTM, ASME, etc. and customer specifications.
  • A willingness and ability to plan and meet performance expectations in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
  • Driven to solve problems and help others.
  • Good math skills and ability to apply logic and reasoning.
  • Good time management skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years prior Inspection or machine operator experience required for entry level operator.
  • 3-5 year prior Inspection or machine operator experience required for middle level operator.
  • 6+ years prior Inspection or machine operator experience required for senior level operator.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
  • Must be able to work in environments exposed to seasonal weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and reach to access all parts of the machine.
Pay Range:
$16-$24 per hour (based on experience)
Differential pay available depending on time and days worked.
Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
