Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

What You'll Do:


  • Complete inspection of incoming materials per engineering drawings, specifications, and Quality Inspection Plans.
  • Complete and review First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Work closely with other teams such as Assembly, Fabrication, Warehouse and Engineering.
  • Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
  • Perform manufacturing in-process and final inspections and testing per inspection plans as required.
  • Support new product development activities as needed.
  • Proposing improvements to the production process
  • Any other duty as assigned.


Requirements

At a Minimum You Have:


  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced startup environment.

  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and other common programs.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to use measuring instruments like gauges, meters, calipers, and computers


Physical Requirements:


· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, unassisted.

· Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
