Your Role:
The Associate Specialist, Quality Assurance'sprimary responsibility is to confirm values and statements made in draft reports matches the primary source data and flag any information which does not align between the draft report and the primary source. The ability to identify and escalate issues as needed, maintain an organized work environment, and manage multiple reviews in parallel. The QA Associate will have multitasking skills and an attention to detail The QA Associate must be capable of contributing to problem solving and discussing findings between various functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review draft validation/qualification protocols, reports, Quality Events and other GMP documents for data correctness.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Assist in authoring and/or gathering information for GMP documents to identify gaps, incorporate information, and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Ability to perform to problem solve and to look across multiple large documents to find correct information.
  • Prepare analysis of proposed changes that are based on sound scientific and engineering principles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or an Associate (A.A.) degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of cGMPs or equivalent regulations is preferred
  • Skills to independently evaluate situations and propose potential solutions.
  • Excellent technical writing and editing skills

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This role is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.

Compensation:
