A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support the assembly and preparation of integrated circuits for reliability testing within a semiconductor fabrication environment. This role is responsible for performing precision bonding processes on delicate components while adhering to strict quality, documentation, and ESD standards in collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Manufacturing Operations, Bonding Services Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed visual inspections of integrated circuits and diodes using high-powered microscopes to verify product quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with established manufacturing standards.
  • Evaluate production and development circuits using product-specific inspection criteria and document findings to support shipment readiness and quality assurance requirements.
  • Work independently within a collaborative team environment to meet production goals, maintain inspection accuracy, and support operational objectives.
