What's your day like?
As the QA/Technical Services Manager at Tree Top, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in our food manufacturing processes. You will oversee quality assurance initiatives, implement food safety protocols, and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence. Your role will involve regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues, conduct audits, and maintain regulatory compliance. On a typical day, you can expect to analyze product specifications and conduct inspections, as well as maintain documentation related to quality metrics. This role allows you to work across multiple locations working collaboratively with other Quality Managers to ensure consistent practices. Additionally, you will provide training to staff on quality practices and continuously assess operational processes for improvement.
Your schedule will generally follow a day shift from Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy a balanced work-life dynamic while making a meaningful impact in our community-focused environment.

Pay Information
Salary Range: $94,300-141,450 annually
Target Starting Range: $105,000 to $120,000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
