The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a motivated, recent graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Engineer / Data Scientist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics, statistical modeling, and programming who is eager to apply academic and project experience to real-world business problems. The candidate will support data pipeline development, statistical analysis, and visualization efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, cleaning, and maintaining large-scale datasets for analysis
- Develop and support data pipelines and automated reporting processes
- Conduct statistical and quantitative analysis to support business decision-making
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting projects
- Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with Excel and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub/GitLab)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Position Pay Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
