Job description

Perform routine administration tasks across supported cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.

Support provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and deprovisioning of cloud resources using established standards.

Assist with identity, access, and role-based access administration for cloud and cloud-connected SaaS services.

Execute operational procedures for cloud incidents, service requests, change activities, and basic troubleshooting.

Support connectivity validation between SaaS platforms and enterprise resources, including private/public network paths, identity providers, and data services.

Monitor cloud resources for availability, configuration drift, tagging compliance, and basic cost anomalies.

Assist with enforcement of governance standards such as naming conventions, resource tagging, subscription/account organization, and policy application.

Document support procedures, recurring issues, standard configurations, and runbooks.

Escalate advanced issues related to security, automation, architecture, or platform performance to senior team members.

Participate in on-call rotation or operational support processes, as assigned.

Schedule & Presence:  This on-site role supports 24/7 operations through real-time collaboration, standard shifts occur within a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday.  Additionally, this position requires scheduled on-call flexibility and the ability to remain reasonably reachable during off-hours for critical business continuity.


Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to one or more public cloud providers: Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.

Entry-level cloud certification such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or OCI Foundations.

Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Terraform.

Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta, or similar IAM solutions.

Exposure to SaaS administration or support for platforms such as Snowflake or similar enterprise services.        


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud operations, or technical support.

Basic understanding of cloud concepts including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and SaaS integrations.

Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, request, and change management.

Foundational understanding of security principles including least privilege access, MFA, and secure configuration basics.

Ability to learn multiple cloud platforms and tools in a structured enterprise environment.
