What You’ll Do: 
Casa Bonita is looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst to analyze our internal data and build and maintain mathematical models. You'll help us optimize parts of our business under complex business constraints. Your models will support the forecasting and planning our finance team already does and help operations and finance establish targets that work for the business. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Responsibility:
  • Work with operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams to understand how the business works
  • Gather and organize historical and recent data
  • Analyze patterns and make recommendations to meet business needs
  • Develop rules and recommendations as directed to optimize business practices.
  • Analyze designated data to identify booking patterns and tie to specific business goals
  • Turn findings into clear summaries that guide planning, refining the models as new data comes in
  • Other data analytics or general duties may be assigned as needed
Qualification amp; Skills:
  • Must be a Colorado Resident
  • Current student or recent graduate in applied mathematics, data science, or related field.
  • Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and Python or R; SQL a plus
  • Coursework in optimization, operations research, or linear programming — this role is a constrained optimization problem at heart
  • Ability to turn messy real-world data into structured, actionable information
  • Curiosity, self-direction, and the ability to explain numbers in plain language
