Location: Santa Clarita, CA (locally candidates only)
Pay Rate: $38 - $55/hr DOE


We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools-such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services-across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.
  • Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
  • Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs.
  • Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
