As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you'll work with cross functional teams to prepare, analyze, and interpret data that shapes business decisions and solutions. Position is in Dallas, TX and requires 5 days a week in office or on client site.

• Develop a strong understanding of your client's industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and clarifying business needs.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business questions and needs into analytical approaches and solutions.
• Apply foundational analytical techniques to identify trends, compare results, test assumptions and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Collect, prepare, analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help answer client questions and inform decisions.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other data drive solutions that turn information into meaningful insights.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly through data storytelling and visualizations that technical and non-technical audiences can understand.
• Use modern and AI-enabled tools to support data preparation, exploration, analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
• Apply responsible AI practices by considering privacy, security, data quality, transparency, and appropriate human oversight when using AI-enabled tools
• Support data quality, validation, documentation, testing and continuous improvement activities throughout the project life cycle.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Certain positions may also require U.S. Citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance based on client or government requirements.
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
