Automation Engineer – Power Automate (Healthcare Operations)

Contract to Permanent

We’re hiring an Automation Engineer to help eliminate manual work across healthcare operations teams. You’ll work closely with a Senior Automation Engineer to turn business processes into reliable, running automations.

This is a hands-on builder role — you won’t just design solutions, you’ll create and maintain them.

What you’ll do

  • Build automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

  • Integrate systems using APIs and databases

  • Use AI tools to clean and interpret data from forms and communications

  • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot failures

  • Test workflows to ensure they handle edge cases and exceptions

  • Document solutions so they can be supported by IT

  • Work directly with operational teams to identify repetitive tasks worth automating

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience building Power Automate Cloud Flows

  • Experience integrating applications via APIs and SQL

  • Ability to diagnose and fix broken workflows in production

  • Experience automating business processes

  • Comfortable communicating with non-technical users

  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice to have
