Job description

As a Staff Training Video Development Manager, you will oversee the development of engaging training videos that support employee onboarding, compliance, professional development, and ongoing staff education. A development manager must be willing to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to the PAC. Training and guidance are provided, and no prior experience is required. This is an entry-level unpaid internship role; academic credit is available for students who need or want it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage training video content from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and effective.
  • Coordinate video production, editing, scheduling, and distribution of training content.
