Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and tracking of technology projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects remain organized, documented, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in project coordination within a technology-focused environment.


Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with coordinating daily project activities.
  • Track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications related to projects.
  • Monitor task progress and identify potential delays or issues.
