Standard Job Description As the Control Account Manager (CAM) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for fostering collaboration internally and cross-functionally between Engineering, Subcontract-Management, Business Management, and Program Office Monitoring and managing Weapons Team technical and schedule performance; ensuring integration with overall program cost, schedule, and performance Performing monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and providing insight to management This is a full-time, on-site position. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Engineering degree. Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development) Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management) Desired Skills Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.

Project/program management experience Experience with large scale military programs.
