Job description

NOW HIRING: Experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Project Manager with expertise. 

We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Project Manager to join our growing restoration team. This role is for a true leader—someone with hands-on technical knowledge within the Mitigation field. 
This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands what needs to be done and why it needs to be done.

Requirements

  • IICRC Certification (active or inactive accepted)
  • Lead crews in the field
  • Provide detailed Scope of Work for field technicians 
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor drying equipment per IICRC standards
  • Familiarity with DASH, Xactimate, DRYtrack, or similar platforms on a Smart Device or Laptop
  • High level of comfortability with communicating by text and email
  • Coordinate daily job schedules
  • Maintain job timelines
  • Ability to document the days activities using company CRM system
  • Ability to physically perform mitigation and remediation work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
