GPS Dental is a growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) committed to supporting practices through thoughtful partnerships, operational excellence, and a people-first approach. We focus on preserving clinical autonomy while providing the infrastructure and support practices need to thrive.
Position Overview

The Integrations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired dental practices into GPS Dental. This individual will report directly to the Lead Integrations Coordinator and work closely with the Integrations Project Manager on a daily basis.

This role partners cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition that aligns with organizational goals, preserves clinical quality, and supports practice staff and providers throughout the integration process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support executive-level presentations, meetings, and discussions by providing clear, professional communication and updates
  • Facilitate and coordinate weekly integration calls with partners, including preparing agendas, communicating key updates, and tracking follow-up items
  • Partner closely with the Integrations Project Manager to collect, organize, and track required diligence documentation
  • Assist in resolving partner questions, escalating concerns when appropriate, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience
  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, clearly communicating integration timelines, expectations, and next steps
  • Track and ensure completion of all required integration milestones in a timely and organized manner
  • Support multiple integration projects simultaneously across geographically dispersed teams


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience required in a DSO environment in project management, operations, or M&A.
  • Basic understanding of core business functions including HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Proven ability to manage and support multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with partners, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and document-sharing tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams) preferred

Schedule & Work Environment
