What You’ll DoAs a Planner Scheduler Level 2, you’ll support the development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project schedules across assigned scopes of work. You’ll partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams to monitor progress, identify variances, and support mitigation planning.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for assigned scopes
  • Perform routine schedule updates and progress assessments
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams
  • Identify schedule variances and support mitigation planning
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reports
  • Support documentation of schedule impacts related to project changes
  • Participate in planning and coordination meetings
  • Compile and maintain subcontractor schedules
  • Analyze critical and near-critical paths
  • Maintain accurate logic, durations, and sequencing

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting capital projects or industrial manufacturing schedules
