Project Specialist I (Fiber Construction)
Location: Greenville, S.C.
Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for an entry level Project Specialist I in our Greenville, S.C. location. Job Description
Entry Level Project Specialist who is responsible for working with Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist primary project managers in reporting and organizational duties of large scale, fast paced, nationwide projects
  • Correspond with project managers daily to provide support for their roles
  • Coordinate tasks related to new job records and purchase orders
  • Maintain and update company databases/trackers
  • Coordination and tracking of POs, submittals, and complete project close-out tasks
  • Monitor and track project dates and deadlines
  • Scan, fax and print documents for project manager

Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be organized, work on multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Sustain a balance of quick, but accurate, work completion (attention to detail is imperative)
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
  • Proficient with G Suite (Excel expertise required)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and related programs
  • Have outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate, client and other TEP business related information
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred, but not required
  • Must have High school diploma or equivalent
