We’re looking for Electrical/Test Engineering Technicians to support the testing and validation of advanced products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, technical school students, or early-career engineers looking to gain real-world experience and grow their career in engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run electrical and functional tests on products and systems

• Use tools like multimeters and test equipment to verify system performance

• Troubleshoot issues when tests fail and help identify root causes

• Monitor inputs/outputs (I/O) to ensure systems are operating correctly

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to solve problems and improve processes

• Document results and communicate findings clearly

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in: 

• Electrical Engineering
• Engineering Technology
• Mechatronics
• Or related technical field

(recent grads encouraged to apply)

• Basic understanding of electrical systems (school or hands-on experience is fine)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable working hands-on with equipment and tools

• Ability to follow procedures and learn quickly

• Experience with: 

o Multimeters or basic test equipment

o Electrical wiring or circuits

o PLCs, controls, or I/O systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
