Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule
Review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules
Compile reports on inventory levels, costs, and quality control
Support team by organizing and tracking progress of project requests and gathering feedback on open actions
Korean speaking skills required to help with communications and process follow-up
[Duties and Responsibilities]
Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements
Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
Manage Excel trackers and gather process and systems follow-up information
Gather and consolidate feedback on open actions from team members

Korean language proficiency (High/Fluent - speak, read, and write) required
Business Analysis experience (2+ years preferred)
