Production Bonus is paid out weekly. Current average is 65%. Example: Hourly Base Rate = 16.07, Weekly Production Bonus = 60%. Total Hourly Rate = 25.71 Profit-Sharing 10% of Nucor’s pre-tax earnings are contributed to the Profit Sharing Plan annually and distributed to all eligible teammates. A large portion is deposited into your profit-sharing account, and a smaller portion is distributed in cash. Current 6-year average = 18.28% of your eligible earnings.
