The Role
We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Production Associates play a key role in supporting safe, efficient plant operations while working as part of a collaborative team environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:36 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends!)
Starting Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
What You'll Do
  • Stack cut lumber to specified dimensions
  • Band and grade lumber according to quality and safety standards
  • Work safely in hot and cold manufacturing environments
  • Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and equipment while performing physical tasks

  • Able to work in hot and cold conditions
  • Physically capable of standing 6-8 hours per day
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to bend, twist, and turn frequently
