Job description

ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is currently seeking detail oriented, eager, and positive machine operators with a hunger for a fast-paced environment and desire for continued learning and growth here at our Auburn, WA facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers
  • Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area
  • Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment
  • Monitor product quality and assist with inspections
  • Package and label finished materials
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow
  • Perform other production support tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery
  • Ability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
