Current night positions: General Labor (days or nights on 2-2-3 schedule) and Machine Operator (nights on 2-2-3 schedule)
Pay Rate: General Labor starting at $24.30/$25.33, with other positions higher.

Essential Functions
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, such as machine operations including machine setup, packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, and sorting
  • Assist operators in efficient operation of the machine centers
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to customer standards
  • Understand production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, and palletizing instructions
  • Understand computer system and input of data
  • Perform quality checks on finished corrugated products and identify defects
  • Maintain production efficiencies and standards
  • Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
  • Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment around moving equipment and personnel.
  • Ability to read a tape measure or ruler accurately.
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel & bend over for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and the ability to work safely at all times.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required by business needs.
  • Effective teamwork skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across various roles.
