APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sterling Heights, MI looking to add Entry Level Production Operators to their already amazing team STARTING ASAP  Please reply back this email and a recruiter will be in touch!

What your day will look like:
  • Operate basic production equipment and machinery according to work instructions 
  • Assemble, package, or inspect products to meet quality standards 
  • Load and unload materials and move products within the facility 
  • Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or issues 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures 
  • Assist team members and supervisors with various production tasks as needed
 
What we are looking for:
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout the shift 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
