Production Administrative Assistant position at a growing manufacturing company.

  • Direct hire position with an excellent benefit package
  • $ 20.00/hr.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Entry-level with a BS degree or an AA degree, with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 05:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

Probation period: Tuesday - Saturday, 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

Requirements of the Admin Production Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Entry-level with a BS degree or an AA degree, with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
  • NetSuite experience preferred

Responsibilities of the Admin Production Assistant:

Input production data and monitor line efficiency, product loss, and overall production processes. Report any production issues as needed and follow all production instructions.

  • Review and organize daily documents
