Job Description
We are seeking dependable Paint Line Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in the Mentor area. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable with physical work and wants the chance to build manufacturing experience with a company that offers long-term growth.
In this role, you will support the paint line process by moving metal parts through each stage of production. The work is hands-on and physical, and employees should expect to get dirty during the course of the shift.

Responsibilities
Remove metal parts from crates or containers
Load and move parts using production carts
Hang metal parts onto the paint line
Assist with moving parts through the paint line process
Remove finished parts from the line
Organize and prepare completed parts as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
Assist with other general production duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus
