Weโ€™re offering an entry-level position for a Legal Support Assistant in our Las Vegas office. This is a fantastic opportunity to jumpstart your career in the legal field while providing support to our Legal Administrative Assistants (LAAs). In this role, you'll engage in various tasks, including document production and organization, accounting and billing assistance, and client services, while gaining a solid understanding of the firm's operations. Youโ€™ll collaborate with a dedicated team of LAAs to help manage workload and support our attorneys. This position requires 5-days per week, Monday through Friday, in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Role:

As a Legal Support Assistant within our Legal Administrative Assistant Team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and documents

  • assisting with preparation of closing binders

  • running reports

  • filing documents manually and electronically

  • entering time and preparing and submitting expense reports

Candidates considered will be self-starters; able to work well both independently and within the Legal Support team; demonstrate flexibility in responding to daily workflow demands; and maintain the confidentiality of client and firm matters. Candidates must also maintain a high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment.
