Job description

Bakery Production Assistant 

Part Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.75 to $21.38 depending on qualifications and experience

Must be at least 18 years and older

 

Position Description:

Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients

Your day-to-day:

  • Review production plan
  • Reading and understanding recipes
  • Prepare, package, label, and date products according to company standards
  • Maintain proper product rotation and assist with inventory organization
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
  • Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies to bakery leadership
  • Support opening and closing production procedures
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:
