Job description

We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll help bring new products from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing, quality, tooling, automation, and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants to build a career in plastics manufacturing and product development.
You'll gain hands on experience managing engineering projects, supporting new product launches, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment.ย 

What You'll Do:

  • Support new product introductions from design through production launch.
  • Coordinate engineering projects to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
  • Develop qualification protocols for new and existing products.
  • Manage tooling activities and engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create and update SolidWorks models and support tooling design changes.
  • Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
  • Work with manufacturing, quality, automation, and process engineering teams to improve product performance.
  • Investigate manufacturing issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Participate in CAPA activities and quality improvement projects.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist with quoting activities for new and existing products.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and internal procedures.ย 

On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5ย days at the Denver, COย location.
