About the Role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of our sales and marketing operations; keeping things organized, moving, and running smoothly so our sales team can do what they do best. What You'll Do
  • Manage tradeshow inventory, logistics, and materials.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, customer follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Manages vendors, orders and manages inventory for products, samples and print materials that support the sales team efforts
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new hires
  • Maintain digital retail tools on Coast of Maine, Master Nursery and Frey websites
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, proposals, and customer documentation
  • Design and create product renders for all sales materials
  • Research market areas to identify and develop new lead opportunities
  • Support sales with sell-in material development and sales deck development
  • Lead or support various projects that drive sales team success throughout the year
  • Travel occasionally to customers, sales managers, or trade shows as needed
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Order branded merchandise for sales team and broader Coast of Maine needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Ag Business, Ag Econ, Ag communications), Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, or marketing preferred
