About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on assembly of advanced systems. You will play a key role in supporting our customers by managing inbound calls, resolving system-related issues, and assisting with the assembly, setup, and testing of our high-end driving simulators.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Support

o Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls from customers.

o Document, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with professionalism and accuracy.

o Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in support systems.

· Technical Operations

o Assist with the assembly, setup, and calibration of high-end driving simulators.

o Perform functional tests to ensure all systems meet quality and performance standards.

o Provide support to senior technicians during simulator installations and upgrades.

o Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and quality protocols.

· Collaboration & Reporting

o Work closely with the operations, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues.

o Report recurring problems and provide feedback to improve products and processes.

o Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

· Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

· with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred Skills

· Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

· Experience in customer support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with hardware assembly, electronics, or simulation systems.
