Job description


We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer - Entry Level to help design, build, and support software solutions that improve user experience, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation. In this role, you'll contribute to application development, automation, analytics, visualization, and AI/ML-enabled solutions while working with cross-functional teams and customers to solve real business challenges.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the design and implementation of technical solutions that integrate with customer data sources and business workflows.

  • Assist with configuring and customizing applications to align with customer processes and business requirements.

  • Contribute to application development, automation, reporting, and data visualization efforts.

  • Support technical integrations, APIs, and data model configurations under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Help develop technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and implementation best practices.

  • Provide support and training to stakeholders on solution post-deployment.

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying functional and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project managers to support successful project delivery.

  • Learn and apply best practices in solution architecture, UI/UX, and customer-focused design.

  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and product enhancement based on customer and team feedback.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a related STEM field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, scripting, software development, or technical solution delivery.

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and/or github

  • Internship, academic project, or professional experience involving automation, analytics, or cloud-based application development.

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work with cloud platforms and development tools (Google Cloud preferred, but experience with AWS, Azure, or other platforms)

  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with machine learning and AI-enabled solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to learn new skills and tools independently

  • Familiarity with technical documentation and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Ability to obtain a Working knowledge of the ABS Health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
