The Inside Sales Engineer - Recent Graduate will be responsible for managing existing accounts and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our products, industry applications, and technical solutions.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing basic technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Prepare and manage quotes for mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery & follow-up.
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to enhance your skills.

  • Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems.
