Job description

Build Your Own $100K+ Income — No Experience Required
If you stay where you are, nothing changes. Same income, same routine, same situation 6–12 months from now.
We're building a team of people who actually want more — not people who just talk about it.
This is a 1099, commission-based sales role helping families secure life insurance coverage. No industry experience needed — we train you from scratch. (Life insurance license required; we'll guide you through the process if you're not yet licensed.)
What You'll Do
Talk to people who already requested information (no cold prospecting, no door knocking)
Help clients find coverage that fits their situation
Follow a proven system and script
Run appointments by phone
Compensation
100% commission-based (1099)
No income cap — earnings are directly tied to performance and effort
New agents typically build toward consistent monthly income within their first 90 days as they apply the system
Results vary by individual effort, consistency, and market conditions
Growth Path Produce first. From there, opportunities exist to:
Move into leadership
Train new agents
Build and manage your own team
Earn override income on top of personal production
