A Hands-On, Realistic B2B Sales Experience

You'll step directly into the role of a Rite-Hite Sales Representative, selling a real industrial technology solution-Rite-Hite ONE, a digital platform that helps manufacturers monitor loading dock equipment, improve safety, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.

Project Based Real Life Sales Cycle

You'll work through a full case study featuring a real manufacturing customer (an automotive Tier2 supplier). By completing a recorded pitch round and a live sales meeting, giving you practical experience across early-stage prospecting, discovery, value positioning, objection handling, and closing - just like in professional B2B selling. Your pitch will require problemsolving, critical thinking, and clear articulation of business value.

Professional Development & Industry Exposure

You will receive feedback from Rite-Hite sales leaders and industry judges, gain insight into consultative selling, and learn how technology supports industrial operations.

Guidance, Training & Resources Provided
