HiFyve is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Entry-Level / New Grads) in St. Louis, MO!

Salary: $65-80K/yr

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

Location: St. Louis, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Design, implement, modify, and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment under the direction of the VP of Engineering.

Support the production department by understanding manufacturing processes and performing root cause analysis.

Provide analysis and direction to resolve quality and process control problems in existing production.

Introduce new processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.

Develop, implement, and analyze technical processes and systems to enhance manufacturing operations.

Improve and document existing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve manufacturing problems to maintain smooth operations.

Recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency in personnel and space utilization.

Utilize problem-solving skills to support production and maintenance teams.

Set up machines, assist with equipment failure resolution, and address product specification deviations.

Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Support company goals and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.

Maintain professional conduct when working with leadership, colleagues, and production personnel.

Oversee care and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and departmental office equipment.

Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external business contacts.
