Job Overview:
Pay Range: $18.00hr - $20.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience directly related to desktop support.
  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a Windows-based environment.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Interface with agency users remotely and in person to provide technical support.
  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software in a Windows environment.
  • Execute basic network troubleshooting tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during all user interactions.
