In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
• Administer and govern enterprise-scale Power BI environments, including Power BI Service Administration, Tenant Administration, Premium Capacity Management, Gateway Administration, Workspace Management, Semantic Models, Datasets, Dataflows Gen2, Reports, Dashboards, XMLA Endpoints, and Deployment Pipelines.
• Configure and maintain tenant settings, governance policies, define enterprise BI architecture roadmaps, design scalable reporting solutions, semantic model architectures, reusable frameworks for data modeling, data ingestion, transformations, report development, and deployment strategies, and conduct architecture reviews to support analytics modernization initiatives.
• Design, implement, and administer enterprise Microsoft Fabric environments, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics, Event Streams, and Data Science workloads.
• Establish Fabric governance frameworks, architecture standards, capacity management strategies, and enterprise data platform roadmaps while ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure services, and business applications.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy BI platforms to Fabric and drive adoption of modern cloud-native analytics architectures.
• Experience in Power BI Service Administration, Tenant Administration, Power BI Premium Capacity Management, Fabric Capacity Management, Gateway Administration, Workspace Management, Semantic Models, Dataflows Gen2, Deployment Pipelines.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Knowledge in XMLA Endpoints, DAX Optimization, Power BI REST APIs, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics, Event Streams.
• Experienced in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RLS, OLS, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity of Enterprise BI Architecture, Analytics Governance, Capacity Planning, Performance Engineering, Virtual Machine Management, DevOps, Automation, Root Cause Analysis, and Analytics Platform Modernization.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
