  • Collaborateclosely with C-level executives to gather requirements, present insights,and support strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeend-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, including data gathering,modeling, visualization, and performance tuning.
  • Actas a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensurealignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Analyzetrends, identify root causes of issues, and recommend actionable solutionsacross transportation, warehousing, and last-mile logistics functions.
  • Manageand mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
  • Partnerwith IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and systemintegration from multiple logistics and supply chain platforms.
  • EstablishKPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks for 3PL partners andinternal logistics teams.
  • Drivedata governance, standardization, and quality control processes to ensurereliable reporting and analysis.
