Description:

Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process.

The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:

  • Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others).
  • Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others.
  • Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.
  • Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software).
  • Reporting of technical trainings.
  • Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint).
  • Maintenance of reporting systems.
  • Planning of future courses.
  • Gap analysis (qualifications).
  • Data analysis (training data).
  • Forecasting training needs.
  • Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar.
  • SQL and VBA.
  • Oracle.
  • Databases.
  • Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE January 11th - May 14th, 2027.
