Job Description: Masker I, Masker II and Masker III

DCI Powder Coating, Inc. is a locally owned business focused on providing local commercial and industrial customers quality powder coated finishes. We are seeking a talented part masker to prepare parts for coating and to unmask parts when coating is completed. Maskers fill an important role in our business to ensure we meet the quality and finish requirements of our customers.

As a direct result of your impacts, customers will receive the quality metal coating on-time to meet their requirements. We are actively hiring for both entry level (no experience) as well as experience maskers.

Entry Level Responsibilities

· Follow quality and work instructions to mask parts as required

· Strong attention to detail

· Inspect finish parts during demasking for meeting quality requirements

· Maintain and clean and organized work space

· Manage your work and flow to meet masking time requirements

· Keep a work log of masking and unmasking records

· Other Duties Assigned

Experienced Responsibilities

· Be able to read and interpret drawings, and identify the best masking materials and process to accomplish the masking need

· Train others on masking requirements

· Meet scheduled work requirements

Basic Qualifications

· Ability to organize, multi-task, problem solve and perform job duties with minimal direct supervision

· Strong attention to detail

· Willingness to learn, take feedback to develop and grow

· Ability to communicate with peers and leadership

· Business Fluent in English – reading, writing & speaking
