We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Pool Service Technician I. No pool experience? No problem. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working outdoors, we'll provide the training you need to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

As a Pool Service Technician I, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning all aspects of residential pool maintenance and service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and filter maintenance.
  • Test and balance pool water using proper chemical procedures.
  • Learn to inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment.
  • Assist with seasonal pool openings, closings, and winterization.
  • Safely handle, transport, and store pool chemicals.
  • Complete service reports, water chemistry readings, and customer notes using our CRM system.
  • Communicate concerns or equipment issues to the Service Manager.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service at every home.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • Valid Maryland driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

No previous pool experience is required. We provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.
