Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality.
Key Objectives
  • Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV makes and models
  • Support service department performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat business

Responsibilities
  • Inspect units for customer sales
  • Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
  • Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components
  • Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery
  • Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards
  • Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials

What you'll bring
  • 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
  • Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
  • RVTI certification
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader
  • Have a set of personal tools
  • The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
  • The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
  • Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
  • Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
