โ€ข A member of a nationwide successful team of industrial therapists
Responsibilities
โ€ข Work hand in hand with your PT Supervisor to implement treatment plans and goals
โ€ข Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based therapy care
โ€ข Provide early intervention assessment and care
โ€ข Coach employees on optimal body mechanics and work postures
โ€ข Identify and assess ergonomic areas of concern and recommend solutions to lower risk
โ€ข Consult with the safety team, plant management, production supervisors, and other stakeholders
